Half Beef

<p>Half beef is splitting the cow with another buyer. They are sold in pairs, and the smaller portions help when storage of meat is a concern. A family of 4 usually eats a half beef in 6 months. You get half the beef, but also half the cost.</p><p>Most half beef buyers order with a friend they already know, but if you need help finding a buyer for the other side, we will help.
